Period: As needed, billed upon grant proposal completion
- First private proposal – $800 – $2,000 AUD depending upon format and complexity.
- Each additional private grant, requiring similar information, is $300 – $800 AUD based upon time and planning needed to modify the template.
- Government contracts and tender proposals – $2,000 – $5,000 AUD based on the nature and complexity of the proposal.

Tender and Private Grant and Trust Research
Period: One-month
- Meet to determine organisation’s past funding track record, programs needing support, and learn about organisation’s history, mission, and goals.
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the foundation funding landscape as it pertains to your particular organisation, its mission, and goals.
- Search foundation directories and make contact with the foundation to establish a personal relationship on your behalf.
- Compile a written report summarizing findings and recommendations and present that report to you.
- Provide recommendations to you that will impact securing funding including strategy, board involvement, track record, program design, and partnership, etc.
Cost: $2,000 AUD – one-time cost
Outsourced Grant Writing Development Services on Retainer
Period: Ongoing, monthly retainer
- Conduct ongoing grant research as described above.
- Submit grant proposals, both private and government foundation proposals, as described above.
- At the start of each month, the consultant and Executive Director will determine priority projects and deliverables.
Cost: $1,500 AUD – $5,000 AUD depending upon service level needed, billed monthly for a set number of hours and a set number of months of service.
